We usually need the app version, iOS version, device model, and a short description of what happened.
Data And iCloud Sync
- Your core portfolio, transaction, ledger, and recurring plan data is stored on your device.
- When iCloud Auto Sync is enabled and you are signed in to iCloud, the app syncs through your private iCloud database.
- If sync does not appear on another device, confirm that both devices use the same iCloud account and have iCloud enabled in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions and free trials are managed by Apple through the App Store.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions.
- If a purchase does not unlock the app immediately, restart the app and make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
